101 Essays That Will Change the Way You Think by Brianna Wiest

In 101 Essays That Will Change the Way You Think, by Brianna Wiest, each section takes you on a little introspective trip – asking yourself questions or highlighting behaviors and actions that may need to be looked at within.

It’s a book that makes me feel seen, like other people are going through similar situations or seeing things the way that I do. Sections like “Things Emotionally Healthy People Know How To Do”, or ” Signs Your Mental Breakdown Is Actually An Emotional Breakthrough” felt almost like I had a big sister sit down with me and talk through some bigger concepts and very easy- to- understand terms.

Brianna did a phenomenal job compiling this book. It’s definitely an amazing resource or even companion as we all try to figure out the ins and outs of this world!

Had you already heard of this book? What did you think about it?

Until next time,
